Affiliate Membership Dues
Dues shall be based on Affiliate’s total revenue, as follows:

| $100,000-$499,999 | $1,500 |
| $500,000-$999,999 | $2,000 |
| $1,000,000-$4,999,999 | $4,500 |
| $5,000,000 and over | $7,000 |
*For revenue under $50,000 dues will be 1% of total revenue.
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
All memberships will now expire on December 31st, and renewals will happen starting on January 1st of each year. An email reminder and a postal mail reminder are sent to the organizational contact on file prior to the renewal date.
