Washington, D.C. (July 5, 2025) — The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) will host its next Affiliate Leader Meeting on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET. This virtual meeting provides a dedicated space for NCADD affiliate leaders to connect, collaborate, and discuss emerging issues facing the substance use and recovery field.
During the session, NCADD will present its 2025 national advocacy priorities, developed through ongoing engagement with affiliates via surveys, webinars, and listening sessions. These priorities focus on sustainable funding, stigma reduction, and workforce development—critical areas impacting local programs and community outcomes.
The meeting will also include a round robin discussion for affiliate leaders to share updates on recent funding cuts, discuss implications at the local level, and identify opportunities for coordinated response and peer support.
This session is open to NCADD affiliate leaders and designated staff.
